What Is It?
The High Gain Amplifier is a general purpose audio amplifier. It was originally developed for use as a wildlife recording system to provide improved quality obtaining bird calls and other related sounds. It has also been used by those doing paranormal research as a general purpose amplifier for both audio and EMF sensing applications.
The amplifier is available in both a single channel (monaural) and dual channel (stereo) version. Both feature Low Pass Filtering to minimize wind and other low frequency noise as well as Voice Emphasis to provide an extra boost to those frequencies that comprise human voice.
The basic High Gain Amplifier is one of the Customizable Products offered for sale by BE Labs. These are built to the specifications you choose.
